What is the status of my order?
You can view the status of your order on your account login or through the link provided in your order confirmation email.
Can I change my order?
We currently do not accept order amendments once an order has been placed.
If you need to make changes or correct an error, please cancel the existing order through your account and submit a new order with the desired updates.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Generally, your order will be delivered within 48hours from the time you place the order. Note that we do not deliver on Fridays as we are closed.
Do you have physical stores?
Yes, currently we operate four branches.
- STEEL HARDWARE – Main Branch
- STEEL HARDWARE – Maafannu
- STEEL HARDWARE – Bazaaru
- STEEL HARDWARE – Henveiru
Is there a warranty?
Yes, we do provide a warranty (Subject to Terms & Conditions) for some selected ranges of products.
What I should expect once my order is placed?
You will receive an order confirmation email that will include an estimated delivery date(s) based on the delivery method selected when the order was placed.
Our sales representatives may call you regarding any further enquiries if required. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation email.
Is the pricing same in the store and website?
All our products and prices are the same in our online store as well as in our physical outlets. However, some promotional offers such as coupons and additional discounts offered at one may not be used at the other.
What if my delivered order is damaged?
We apologize if your item arrived damaged, broken, or defective.
Returns are accepted for products that are damaged, defective or expired. Items must be unused and in the same condition at the time of delivery. The sales receipt from the web order number and the invoice are required to be produced at the time of application for returns. Proof of purchase is mandatory for processing any return.
Please note that items that are not in the same condition at the time of receipt of delivery will not be accepted for returns. This includes damage incurred to items after delivery acceptance, items with missing components or parts and any issue of the item that is not due to error on the part of Steel Hardware.

How can I track my package?
You can track your order by logging in to your account, where you can view the current status of your package.
Where do you deliver?
We are providing delivery services to all locations within Male’, Vilimale & Hulhumale’. If delivery is to be made to a speedboat or supply vessel then we would be doing the delivery up till the jetty. If requested by customer, our associates will load the packages to the vessel for an agreed extra charge.
How long will delivery take?
Our delivery staff will contact you prior to dispatching your order.

Which currency will I be charged in?
All transactions would be carried out in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR)
RETURNS INFORMATION
Do you accept returns?
Items purchased from Steel Hardware may be returned within three (3) days of delivery. Certain products may be subject to specific return conditions based on their category. To initiate a return, please visit the outlet where the purchase was made, or—if purchased online—bring the product along with all relevant receipts to our main branch.

Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges will be processed on the same day the product is returned, provided it is between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding Fridays.
Approved exchanges may be made for a new item of the same product. If the identical product is out of stock, you may exchange it for another product or combination of products of equal value.
Are returns free?
We do not charge any additional fees for product returns.
How long does it take to process a return?
To return a product, please bring the item along with all required documentation (invoice and receipts) to the Steel Hardware Main Branch (Majeedhee Magu).
After the product is received and inspected, we will inform you whether it qualifies for a return and send you an email confirming receipt.
The return request status will then be updated, and you will be notified of the applicable return option.
